If you’re looking for a unique gift or subscription box then look no further- this brand is absolutely fabulous and I received such a great box from them!Their boxes are filled to the brim of biscuits and sweet treats from around the globe which were delicious and super satisfying!Their packaging is simply beautiful and fits in with the theme beautifully! It comes with a booklet explaining everything in the box as well as some activity’s to take part in!This really is a great box and perfect for any biscuit lover or keen world explorer!
Very disappointed with this company. Subscription was taken on 1st may. They say the boxes are sent out by 20th. Today is 24th may and still no notification of any delivery being sent out. I have asked on Facebook and also through contact us with no reply. I feel they do not communicate to customers about what is going on as some of the other reviews seem to have suggested. I have now cancelled my subscription. Shame really as the first box was a delight.If someone had got back to even say they had shipped I wouldn't have to write this.
Great idea for a unique gift. We sent it as part of a wedding present to spread the joy over a three month subscription and the treats were very enjoyable (so I'm told!). With the easy and speedy customer service, I can definitely recommend.
I always think you get the measure of a company when there is a problem. The Biscuit Baron were fabulous! Excellent customer service, they responded quickly, made things super easy for me and went over and above what was required. I'd totally recommend.
Spoke to the team recently who got back to me swiftly and helped me with a query I had with no issues.Although I have stopped my boxes now for financial reasons I very much enjoyed the biscuits when they arrived - always a lovely mix of flavours, something for everyone, even if one wasnt my favourite there was someone who liked it so didn't go to waste!I have bought some as gifts also and will continue to do so, it's a unique idea and great to buy the person who has everything! Great talking point as well
