Review Time
This is the most frustrating experience I have ever had when dealing with an online service. They take your money and then delay shipping your items, if they even ship them at all. I strongly advise against doing business with them. Choose a more reputable option if you want to receive what you pay for.
I feel completely defrauded out of $700. I placed an initial order in late September 2025 for $350. After receiving a $50 coupon as a supposed 'reward' for the delay, I placed another order for another $350. However, I only received one box of puff vapes, which amounted to about 15% of my total purchase. I reached out multiple times to inquire about the status of both orders. On October 31st, I received an email stating they were revamping their system and would resume normal operations soon, promising to mail the remaining orders the following week. By late November, I followed up again but received no response. I feel cheated out of $600. I strongly advise against ordering from this service.
Worst company there could ever possibly be on the internet literally pretty much stole my money i purchased two items that they said they had in stock and it’s been over a month and still don’t have it won’t Refund me my money
I ordered two vapes literally a month ago (9/26) now and still have yet to receive them despite the website saying they were in stock at the time. I got an email saying my order was being packed a couple days later and then the shipping was canceled by them. The first time I emailed them was a week later (10/2) asking what the deal was, it took several days for them to get back to me (10/6) and when they did they told me that my vapes would be back in stock the next day and that they would be shipping them out that same week. Well another TWO WEEKS went by and I emailed them last Friday (10/19) asking again what the hell was going on and asked whether I’d be getting a refund, and it took almost another week for them to reply today (10/23), when they did reply they sent me an apology and a gift card to use in their store instead of a refund….almost all their vapes are out of stock so I guess I’m going to have to do a chargeback like so many others here have done. I wish I would have seen these reviews before I even ordered in the first place. I really tried to have patience and work with them but this is kind of ridiculous, I just would have preferred more transparency about what was going on rather than being strung along for an entire month and then not even receiving a real refund. Not only that, the vapes I ordered are STILL SHOWING AS IN STOCK ON THE WEBSITE. Would not order again.
I placed my order in September for vapes offered on the website. After 2 weeks with no response I contacted CS and was told they were waiting on getting what I ordered. I asked to get a refund as I found my vapes locally. Nope police is NO REFUNDS only store credit. I tried reordering last week just to use the credit. Still nothing. My issue is if you don’t have the product I ordered don’t charge me for it until you have it. It’s almost November and still nothing. Very disappointing and will not be ordering from here again as they take orders giving wait time with a week to 10 days and it takes months.
I ordered $117 worth of vapes and waited almost a month and a half and still didnt get what I ordered. Customer service is horrible u can only email them and it takes days for them to respond. I finally had to settle for a different product just because they wouldn't refund my money I could only get store credit..I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying anything from this place..horrible experience!!!
