I bought a 3 month subscription and the value for money of the boxes was really amazing. The Christmas box even sang when you opened it! I forgot to cancel the subscription but one email to the team and they were happy to refund me - even though this was a slip up on my part. Really excellent customer service. Will definitely be ordering again!

Great value for money , 10/10 customer service

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service. I ordered my dad a subscription and his last box never arrived. I emailed them and they responded within 24hrs to say they were having problems with that particular month. Left it a few more weeks then went back to them again. They couldn’t apologise enough as it seems my dad had been missed. They sent his box out next day and included more biscuits. They also sent me a box too which I thought was a really lovely touch. Please, if you have any problems go straight to them and they will solve any issues you may have, instead of leaving negative reviews. I will definitely be buying a subscription again. Such a lovely company. Thank you biscuit baron I

What can I say!!

What can I say, The biscuit Barron are the best supplier for foreign biscuits! You can't grumble at the price, and definitely can't at the quality either ! Fantastic customer service 10/10, had a couple orders from them and id still come back as the go to place for great snacks

Great biscuits and brilliant customer service

I got a subscription to the biscuit baron as a present and when one box didn’t turn up they were brilliantly helpful and made sure I got a new one asap. The biscuits are fun and interesting and you become a brilliant colleague because unless you have a large family you will be sharing!!

Hello biscuits my old friend

Our 4-year-old was only a baby last time we had a Christmas singing box so we treated ourselves to another one this year - he was so delighted and the biscuits are delicious (although we have heard the holly jolly tune quite a lot now!) The biscuit boxes were a highlight for us throughout the covid lockdowns and we were sad to give up the regular subscription. It is such a lovely treat to have a box again! Thanks to Sophie, Fraser and the team for making biscuits a really special experience x

Unreliable & never knowingly on time.

Update 01/08Well, we're now into August & still no sign of the July box. Of the 6 boxes (although the intention was only a gift of 3)1 box delivered on time4 boxes late1 box yet to be received.BB's facebookpage is pushing 'buy for the summer holidays' - I'd suggest you avoid this bunch of chances who may be OK at advertising but totally useless at delivering the product.I was given a 3 month subscription as a birthday gift with the 1st box supposedly arriving by my birthday in February.. It didn't, eventually turning up a couple of weeks later. The 2nd box was due before Easter as there were kids easter bits included. It didn't, finally turning up 3 weeks after Easter in April rather than March. By now the 3rd box was due - and this turned up a few days later. I thought that was that but ...It's an auto renewal subscription! This has been a complaint on other reviews, the biscuit baron says it's made obvious at checkout but I doubt it. So, the 4th box (May) turns up unexpectedly more or less on time. Box 5 just makes the last week of June so there's just the final box for July. I got in touch with BB on facebook on 21/07 who gave all the usual apologies & said the boxes would go out that week ... It's now 29/07 & guess what - no biscuits!They should spend more time & money ensuring the orders that have been prepaid are meton time & spend less time & money on their glossy magazine & the expensive to produce but always binned cardboard box.A Cowboy company or possibly Robber Barons?.
