The item itself is beautiful. However, the delivery service mishandled it. Despite the parcel being clearly labeled as fragile, it was thrown over a 6-foot fence onto a concrete path. One of the gems ended up chipped, which is quite disappointing. While I find the set lovely, I'm uncertain about using it as the intended gift.
I had high hopes for this company after reading positive reviews. Unfortunately, nearly two weeks after placing my order, the items still haven't arrived. They use a courier known for poor service. I had ordered items as a birthday gift, but they didn't arrive on time, and they are still missing. Very disappointing.
