My experience at the bridal shop was brilliant. The staff there were very helpful and very understanding, they made sure I felt happy and comfortable during my appointment. I am beyond happy with my experience and would definitely recommend to family and friends. My dress is my absolute dream and im so greatful to kirsty for helping me find my perfect dress.
I enjoyed my appointment on Wednesday so much, first time trying on a wedding dress and Sally was beyond helpful, made me feel so at ease and gave me great advice. We had a laugh along the way but unfortunately didn’t find my dress that appointment. The day after I couldn’t stop thinking about one dress in particular so I re booked another appointment for the Friday. I went Friday tried that dress on another 4 and the very last one had me in tears! It was the best experience I’ve ever had, I’m so glad I chose the bridal house and would 1000% recommend. Staff amazing (especially sally), beautiful variety, warm and welcoming! Thank you so much ❤️
I was so thrilled with my experience at the Bridal House. It was a last minute appointment and I had seen such great things, I am so glad I trusted the previous reviews. We were met by Summer who helped me find my perfect dress. She was so knowledgeable and made me feel so at ease. I was overwhelmed by the amount of choice but she helped me walk away with my dream dress! The experience was lovely, the shop is intimate and they provided drinks for my 3 bridesmaids, mum and myself - including a celebratory Prosecco! I would recommend in a heartbeat to anyone.
Had a lovely experience trying on dresses here! The vibe was very relaxed and there was a huge variety of styles and price points to pick from, even though my wedding is very soon. We were offered prosecco and hot drinks which was a nice touch. Everyone was helpful and friendly and had lots of advice on how things could be altered and reimagined. While I didn’t find my dress here in the end, I couldn’t fault the experience and would recommend it to any bride!
Our Bridal House experience was absolutely fabulous. The young lady who helped us shop for bridesmaids’ dresses was fantastic, providing exceptional service and an impeccable experience. I’m already excited to order my dresses! They have a fantastic selection and the multi-way dress is a definite winner. The only improvement, which isn’t a reflection of The Bridal House Leeds but rather the dress designer Jacqueline Louise, is to offer samples of the material and colours instead of an acrylic board. I would have ordered the dresses there and then if colour swatches were available. Overall, it was a fabulous experience and I’ll be back to order the dresses once the sample arrives.
