I purchased a “customized” Christmas ornament from “A Gift Customized. Com” in September 2025. The impression I had from the site description was that my granddaughter’s face image would be superimposed on a gymnast’s pose. I received the ornament and it was only an ornament of the photo I uploaded. No gymnastics theme. When I contacted their Customer Service (they don’t offer a phone option which is a big problem), they coldly stated that it was my error and their policy was no refund or correction. They showed zero customer service empathy or consideration. No offer to replace the ornament. I recommend that nobody use this company for their customer ornaments. You are taking a big risk.
I wish I could give minus stars just to write review. Everyone please DO NOT FALL for this scam. If you still want to order something then probably order one year in advance because there is no possibility that you will receive your package. And don’t even ask for refund, because if you will not get it..you know why because according to their policy you cannot get refund if you receive package within a year..please do not call for the product as well..the quality is pathetic and the size is not as per description.DO NOT WASTE your money .
My wife and I are in our 80's. Recently she was diagnosed with Lukemia (which right now is in remission). More recently I was diagnosed with lung cancer. Not sure yet but believe it too will be in remission. I ordered the Sun Catcher that has an elderly couple sitting in their porch chairs looking at the sunset. The caption says: "You and Me, we got this." It is personalized with our names and hangs in a prominent place where we see it often during the day. The product is high quality and the purchase and shipping process was flawless. I highly recommend this company.
This is an amazing company. My wife and I lost our infant son in 2023, and I bought a bracelet from them with his picture on it. It took a while to receive it, but that is because they take their time to insure that they are sending you the best possible quality for your money. I definitely recommend purchasing from them.
Description of complaint:Ordered my husband a Valentines present paid for expedite shipping which was about $40 itself five dollars for a special box just so I didn’t have togo out and get one last minute. My purchase totaled about $69. Ended up getting my husband‘s Valentine’s Day present on February 24. Why pay for expedited if you’re not gonna get it fast. And also items too small for my husband to even wear. I gotta I’m sorry here’s a 15% discount for your next purchase. Hate tell you I’ll never purchase from there again and I will be letting everyone know.Do not buy from this company!!!
I purchased a keepsake bracelet with my late husband's picture and the saying: "I will keep you with me until we meet again." from agiftcustomized.com. The bracelet is of great quality in design, communication with the seller was prompt and immediate, and the time to ship it to me was reasonable. Absolutely horrible it had been close to 20 something days since I ordered it with no updates. So I went into the site and it said delivered a day earlier. When I looked at the address they had the wrong address. Then I took the tracking number and put it into the actual carrier service they said they used USPS and the tracking number through USPS doesn’t exist. After I emailed them they sent me a generic tracking trail. But I went into USPS and doesn’t exist. Now they won’t email me back.
I must say I was a little skeptical about the company because it took a while for me to get the product but if you have patience its worth the wait. The quality of the bag and the workmanship was excellent. I sent them several emails about my purchase and they were answered immediately. Customer service is very professional and responsive which these days it's hard to come by. Thank you for your professionalism.
