I have been attempting to reach the service for some time now after receiving an email requesting photo ID and a signature. I called the number listed, but it kept dropping the call due to being extremely busy. I also tried emailing their support team multiple times, but I have not received any response after three attempts. They seem untrustworthy to me, and I'm concerned about having sent them my ID.
My experience has been terrible. I was within my time frame to halt the claim for misleading finance related to my vehicle, but I can never reach anyone by phone or receive a callback. I've been trying for a long time to request a stop, as I've chosen another option, yet they persist. I feel completely ignored. I've ended up with three different addresses for them, and I've hand-written letters in hopes of a response, but no one ever replies. I just want the proceedings to stop, but this has pushed me beyond my deadlines, with dates now extended until May. It's been a nightmare trying to get this resolved, and I just want confirmation that it has been halted.
