I have been attempting to reach the service for some time now after receiving an email requesting photo ID and a signature. I called the number listed, but it kept dropping the call due to being extremely busy. I also tried emailing their support team multiple times, but I have not received any response after three attempts. They seem untrustworthy to me, and I'm concerned about having sent them my ID.

I've ended up with three different addresses for them, and I've hand-written letters in hopes of a response, but no one ever replies. I just want the proceedings to stop, but this has pushed me beyond my deadlines, with dates now extended until May. It's been a nightmare trying to get this resolved, and I just want confirmation that it has been halted.
