Stay away from this company.

Stay away from this company and it's irrigation timers. I have had two of the Easy-Set Logic Indoor/Outdoor Sprinkler Timer/Controllers and both failed just shortly after a year of use. Their User's Manual states that their products are guaranteed for 6 years, but when you call and ask for a replacement, their operators put you through an absolutely impossible series of tests, including a voltage test and video proof of your programming procedure, and then, they say, Are you still there?" Then they either hang up on you or end your Online conversation. They (Orbit Irrigation Products) are the worst company that I have ever dealt with in my 74+ years of being a consumer. I had to appeal to our State's Consumer Affairs Division to compel them to replace the first defective unit. Imagine an elderly lady asked to go outside, take a voltage reading, send video of what she is programming into the unit, and then being hung up on. Almost never going to happen, but it definitely would compel them to just give up. This is a poorly run company that is anything but customer oriented. Stay away from these guys.
