CLEAR ARE OBVIOUSLY GOING BUST! DREADFUL. Have dealt with Marketline for many years (part of the Clear Group). My Public Liability was running out tomorrow, but I had no renewal etc from them. So I rang and left 2 Answering Machine Messages and sent 2 Emails. I heard nothing. Then I rang Clear and left 2 Answering Machine Messages and then sent an Email. Nothing. Finally I just received a Phone Call from a man in Leicester, (?), to tell me that all the Staff have been made redundant, no-one has access to the Answering Machine or the Emails and they actually don't want any more Public Liability Business!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He said I could renew Online if I wanted, but there would be absolutely no back up, if I had a problem, or I wanted to claim!!!!!!!!!!!! WTF???????????? He then suggested that I went to the Federation of Market Traders and took a Policy out with them instead!!!! The Group is obviously going down the pan. 0/100

Its really weird reading these reviews. Is this a different company??? (Ive checked. No) Contacted Clear Insurance Management to obtain a quote for, in this instance, woodland and land cover. Phone answered with “Hello” and sounded like I was speaking to someone doing their housework. Pleasant enough lady, Nicola P, but not particularly interested but said would get a quote over on email. Have I been surprised I received nothing? Nope. The whole thing felt unprofessional and as tho theyre no longer trading. Just one experience, so keep that in mind, but absolutely took my business and my LL portfolio elsewhere.
It may very well provide a good service BUT mega expensive. Same cover with a different company also recommended by "Which" & also 5 star reviews was a staggering £183 cheaper for annual travel cover. If you can shop around. Many company's offer cover for those with existing conditions, check them out on the travel insurance directory.
I have used Clear Insurance to broker for buildings insurance, D&O, and Offices insurance for many years now. Rebecca Sanders and Andrew Hough have done a great job for us this year in finding comprehensive cover for a very competitive price. Rebecca often goes beyond the call of duty to assist and I would highly recommend them to others.
We have just renewed our property insurance with Clear Insurance Management. We have used them for years and the service is excellent. Geoffrey Probert in particular provided fast, expert advice and found the perfect product for us at an amazing price. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Ive had the most awful experience working here. Such a contrast from the previous beloved broker l worked for before. Senior management need to look at their line managers behaviours towards their staff and customers in my opinion. I felt bullied, gas lighted and spoken to like lm nothing. This behaviour is being ultimately being filtered down to the customer. They are also messing with people's livihoods and mental health.Their whole company culture in my experience is disgraceful. Clients are 'stupid' and staff not given adequate training, and judged within a few days of working there.Their persona projected to their customers is particularly disturbing.
Disgraceful service and attitude from this company. We had a commercial vehicle stolen 4 weeks ago for which Clear Insurance Management insure the vehicles contents along with all our other business insurance. As of today still no update on the claim despite, as requested, copies of all receipts for equipment in the vehicle being sent to them two days after the vehicle was stolen. Last contact with them was 4 days ago after waiting 2 days for a return call, at which point they told me they wasn`t prepared to calculate the total amount of all the receipts I had given them, even though the amounts being claimed were clearly marked on all receipts, instead they wanted me to put them all into a spreadsheet! What do we pay these people for?
Is it okay to charge 38.5% commission? You wouldn't think so, but Clear seem to think it's fine. That's what they charged us on our buildings insurance, costing leaseholders £20,000 in commission alone. Let's be honest, it's theft, and companies like Clear are why the leasehold system needs to be scrapped.
