Well I ordered a romantic heart Cornish teas set and ‘I ♥️ U’ pasty for my fiancé. Which was so lovely to receive on the day for him and such a unique gift. We had a small issue with the order originally but this company’s customer service was exemplary and dealt with so effectively. Making our total experience a wonderful and pure delight in the end.
The scones were so soft, light and fluffy and the jam and cream were to die for! The pasty was crispy and tasty too!
Packaging and delivery ‘spot on!’ As well as customer service and response time was exceptionally excellent and best respect we’ve ever been given, so thanks for that The Cornish Company. 💕

The customer service was amazing, I got the address wrong 🙈 emailed straight away with a very quick reply and sorted my silly issue straight away. I ordered afternoon tea for two for my parents anniversary and they loved it!! Nicely packaged, very generous amounts and super fresh. Thank you!!
I wouldn't give it one star to be honest. Paid for by 12 noon delivery and DPD are not even delivering it today due to "unexpected problems" which from experience means it won't ever arrive. Was a birthday present and perishable goods.
This was a birthday and anniversary treat for my sister and her hubby. They are both recovering from knee operation and unable to go out for their normal treats, this was a lovely surprise for them both to enjoy and also help with celebrating birthday and Anniversary. Nicely boxed and delivered on time.
First Class Service was given from the moment I ordered. Website quick and easy to use. Good prices and given extra discount. Delivery was exact and delivered with regular updates.

Ordered the Pasties and Ale gifts for both son and Grandson. They were delighted with their gifts. The Pasties were very fresh and really tasty, and the Cornish Ciders and Ales were a "proper job!"
