The representative was outstanding, dedicating time to explain everything in detail. They patiently repeated any points I needed clarification on, without showing any frustration, even though our conversation lasted over an hour as we worked to determine the best solution.

Oh, and everything was done in less then a week only because I kept missing Rob’s calls because you know my WHY was wanting to check out books and learn stuff!
