We have had ongoing issues with our poodle for months and we reached out to Cam hopeful he could help us. We had what was supposed to be a 45 minute phone call but felt as though we were rushed off the call by him. From the initial call we were promised 2 months of ‘email support’ and a follow up dietary plan. We received no long term dietry plan, delayed responses when my dog was poorly and was waiting 2+ days for a response. Absolute waste of time for us and more worryingly 2 lost months of helping our dog when it has been such a stressful time. He seems to not have a care in the world for your dog and is very blunt with his responses, and most of the time is not clear. Cam would not respond for days, however, still post on instagram and social media but ignore his customers who are genuinely wanting to try and help their dogs. It came to the end of our 8 weeks and we were still no further forward on figuring out the roost cause of our dogs health issues, or a diet plan that is suitable for him, which is promised when you sign up. Cam then has not responded to our last emil even though we asked for a set plan and further help considering we’ve paid so much money, I wanted what we’d paid for. I don’t recommend looking for a nutritionist that is more interested in Instagram followers than following up with his customers and who actually cares.
If my Maltipoos could type, they’d be leaving this review themselves (probably in all caps with lots of exclamation marks). Before discovering The Dog Nutritionist, mealtimes in my house were… let’s say “tense.” My pups were the canine equivalent of fussy toddlers — sniffing, rejecting, and walking away like they were food critics at a bad restaurant.Enter Cam’s recipe book and his genius range of supplements and treats. I now cook their meals using the recipes (easy to follow and makes me feel like Gordon Ramsay of the dog world), sprinkle on the multivitamin (aka amber nectar for dogs), and finish with a venison cube or two. The result? Two little Maltipoos who gobble their food with wild enthusiasm, lick their bowls clean, and then look at me like I deserve a Michelin star.The multivitamin has been the gamechanger — fussy eating is now a distant memory. The venison cubes? Let’s just say if I even touch the bag, the dogs materialise instantly like furry ninjas. And the recipe book ties it all together, making healthy feeding genuinely enjoyable (for them and me).Gut health, immune support, shiny coats, wagging tails — it’s all there. I honestly cannot recommend The Dog Nutritionist enough. If you’ve got picky pups, this will transform your life. My only regret? Not finding it sooner! 🐾👏
Cam has changed our dog’s life. Wonderful stuff. I have almost 11yo lurcher x collie and noticed she bad been slowing down with her age. Wanted to walk less, less playful so I thought that is the age settling in now. Then I found out about Cam, bought all of his powders and started supplementing. Ava only eats cooked meat, bit of veggies here and there and minimum of processed stuff. She is so picky as well. With all these powders she devours the whole bowl and wants more! Her poops improved, coat is so shiny and that girl runs like nobodys business! If you have older doggie please try this, you will not regret it. Also get them off the kibble ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I've followed Cam for a while, and used his recipes when I got Buffy as a puppy...Recently tho she was off her food and treats, and wouldn't poop for days at a time. I bought his, Meal Topper Multi-Vitamin, and from the very first time using it she ate all her dinner, and pooped that very night, and has done so every day since..
Absolutely amazing. I bought Cam’s recipes and his multivitamin for our cavapoo who is often very sick with pancreatitis. After 2 servings of the multivitamin his poop has been the best in his life and the recipes give me confidence to feed him myself. I’ve ditched the kibble and even the “fresh” foods and we are seeing so much improvement. His bouts of an upset tummy have previously resulted in periods of self starvation by refusing to eat and then ultimately ending up in the vets with pancreatitis. So far, we’ve managed to avoid this since May (3 months) with careful homemade food and the multivitamin powder. I’m keen to try the probiotics too! Thank you so much 🙏🏻
There are 5 dogs in my family. Since being on this diet instead of Butchers the 2 year old Dalmation has calmed down considerably. It’s a bit of a work up cooking regularly for them. Have sourced some good meats. Egg shells are a pain to grind 🤣I will persist with my eldest son to make it work! Happy, calmer dogs and if it prolongs their life that’s the best way forward. I paid for a consultation that lasted about 15 minutes I had done all the talking and even asked if he needed to ask me questions about my dog to which to my surprise didn’t, after his recommendations and trying them out I would email for advice going forward however we would be waiting days even weeks for a reply. When we would get his reply I found myself having to repeat things that I had emailed, I last emailed him about 6 weeks ago and yet to hear back he has no interest whatsoever, please AVOID!!
After six years of trying every wet and dry food out there for my beloved Biscuit- always dealing with gut issues- I finally found Cam. I thought, why not give it a try?
