Review Time
Not the best company. Placed an order in January, apparently it was a pre order, nothing was mentioned that my order was to be a pre order. After several emails I had a response of the delivery being 23rd February. We are now March. There is no order, no response from email no response from phone line. I'm now trying to to get a response for a refund but suprise no answer on that either. Do not order from this family run business, they do not keep you informed about your order, they will however send multiple emails about offers about their products you won't ever receive.
Ordered 17th Jan. got an email after chasing 5 times where my order was. Told they are going through rigorous quality checks. Eventually arrived a month later - not fit for purpose. Not assembled correctly gaps and cracks in the plastic casing. Emailed 6 times since no response. Absolutely awful. Obviously all previous reviews are fake and this company shouldn’t be allowed to trade.
Delivery took ages then when I finally get the rechargeable unit it doesn’t work, the motor won’t run and the water is leaking from where the sprayer is attached to the hose, absolute waste of money. Going to order a Mud Daddy.
Had the worst experience with Petjet Co. They are essentially a scam company sending faulty goods and so many lies when trying to get our money refunded. Ended up having to do a charge back. They also used marketing from a competitor brand (hippo showers who have been great)

Ordered a shower unit in November! Was promised delivery before Chris, didn’t come! After trying Instagram to get a response-they DO NOT reply to emails…I get a refund! Stupidly i decided to give it another go after Christmas hoping they aren’t so busy… ordered another shower & hose & head…now says delivered-NOTHING DELIVERED! In nearly 2 months I have had 2 responses to numerous emails! I truly believe that it’s a scam! I have had to contact my card issuer for a refund. Please don’t use this company. Stick with Mud Daddy-their customer service is exemplary!

I placed an order for a 3-way hose and dog shampoo. It took weeks for my order to arrive, and when it finally did, the hose parts were all separate with no assembly instructions. The pieces were much smaller than what was shown online. Additionally, the shampoo was missing from the shipment. The communication from the support team was very lacking and unhelpful. I cannot recommend this service.
It's quite odd that I received an email right after placing my order, asking for a review and offering a chance for a free gift. Usually, other companies wait until after you've received and used the product to request feedback. This feels like a tactic to boost positive reviews and lure in unsuspecting customers. I left my review on a public platform and then got a response, but it was just a generic reply similar to what others have reported. I strongly advise against using this service; it seems likely you won't receive your items. I'm reaching out to consumer protection and my bank for assistance. I haven't received my goods, and my emails have gone unanswered. They were quick to ask for a review right after I ordered. I regret not checking previous reviews first, as this appears to be a scam.
I strongly advise against using this service. I ordered and fully paid for a portable item on December 3rd, '25. Despite receiving an initial email promising excellent customer service, I have yet to receive my order as of January 14th, '26. I've reached out to the company multiple times with my concerns, but there has been no response. I suspect this is a fraudulent operation and have reported them accordingly, as I indicated in my previous emails. I hope to recover my funds through my bank, but I have no expectation of resolution from this disappointing service.
I placed an order on 26th December 2025, and as of 14th January 2026, I have yet to receive my product. Neither my husband nor I have received any responses to our emails. The website claims they have contacted everyone with pending orders, but that is not true. I've requested a refund, but I doubt that will be addressed either. I strongly advise against ordering from this company. While I understand there was a holiday, their lack of communication with waiting customers is unacceptable. They promise replies within 24 hours, yet they never follow through. Please consider spending your money elsewhere. One very frustrated pet owner. 😡😡😡😡
