My dog has recently been diagnosed with ckd3 and the vet told me to buy Royal Canin or Hills food. When I asked what nutritional value there was she couldn’t tell me explaining it wasn’t in her training.Something in my gut said he needed better and when i researched their ingredients I was horrified. That’s when I done some research and found Cam. He kindly answered my questions and I have been following the renal diet book for approximately 2 weeks now. First week not going to lie was difficult as he was struggling with meds. I gave him a bland diet whilst his body adjusted to meds and slowly introduced the renal recipes and they are going down a treat. His toilet habits have improved and he is licking the bowl clean. I wish I knew more earlier about nutrition, but I am doing what I can now to help make his life as healthy as possible. Thank you Cam for your advice and for educating us
I gave my dog The Gut Health Supplement as soon as she started with diarrhoea, half a dose in the evening and half a dose the following morning with her food and I have never seen her stools return to normal so fast. We also didn't have to go out in the garden in the middle of the night, which is often the case when she has diarrhoea.
I can’t thank The Dog Nutritionist enough for their incredible supplements. My 12 year old Boxer, Rupert, has struggled for years with severe pancreatitis, an underactive thyroid, and constant allergies that left him itching all the time. He has an extremely sensitive stomach and is a notoriously fussy eater we’ve tried countless products over the years, most of which he either refused to eat or that simply didn’t work.To our absolute surprise, Rupert now licks the bowl clean every mealtime when his supplements are added. He’s currently on the multivitamins, probiotics, gut health supplements and the improvement has been amazing. His allergies have eased up significantly, his digestion is more stable, and overall, he just seems happier and more comfortable. It’s such a relief to finally find something that works and that he actually enjoys. Rupert and I are beyond grateful thank you so much!Brittany & Rupert 🐶
My cocker spaniel developed skin problems that I felt were spiralling out of control and the vet wanted him to have apoquel which just didn’t feel right. I had a one to one consultation with Cam and where he taught me a lot, with the help of that, Cams multivitamin and gut support, Ralph ( touch wood) is so much more happier. So nice to know there is alternative help out there
Cam has been an absolute godsend for our Border Terrier Eric. Eric is allergic to so much food (and other things in life too!) that it’s been really hard for us to feel we are doing the best we can for him. Cam has helped and enabled us to work out what Eric can and can’t eat, given us the best advice, and tailored easy, healthy recipes that suit Eric’s needs with all his allergies. We can’t recommend Cam highly enough. Thanks Cam, keep doing what you’re doing 👍🏼 Samantha, Daniel & most importantly, Eric 🐾
I’ve been following Cam’s advice to feed my dogs and minimise chemical and pesticide use for them. I could not go back to a kibble diet and now feed only fresh food and use diet to keep away parasites. Even if you start with real food added to a kibble diet, anything is better than nothing. It can seem daunting, but Cams meal ideas make it so easy. Your dogs will thank you for any effort you make to feed them real food. With the knowledge I’ve gained, I could not imagine putting a bowl of dehydrated biscuits down for any dog under my care. It’s a life changing decision and one I have only ever wished I made sooner. Thank you Cam, for your knowledge and care.
We are what we eat. Same for dogs. I’ve been following the Dog Nutritionist since the early days. And one thing has been constant - giving clear and simple guidance to improve animals health and longevity.Human health can be summed up by 80% diet, 20% exercise. From the evidence of the many dogs cam has helped including my own, I believe dogs are the same
I run a charity and recommend to all of our adopters to follow Cam for the best nutrition advice around! It has been scientifically proven that a natural, least processed diet possible, is in the best interests of your dogs physical and mental well being. There are lots of companies tricking people in to feeding poor quality food such as dried food or processed cooked food, just for their own profit and it’s heartbreaking to see people so brainwashed. Ever hear the phrase ‘fit as a butchers dog’? That’s because they were fed fresh diets and were incredibly healthy. Cam’s approach to creating your own recipes or supporting a fresh raw or cooked diet, along side supplements it’s spot on.His guidance is clear and his many amazing reviews speak for themselves. We will continue to recommend Cam to all our dogs, both current and in the future.I feed my own two dog his multi vitamin and probiotics, I ordered them a couple of months ago, and I am very happy with them!Keep up the good work Cam 🧡
