I signed up with the drop ship experts and decided it wasn’t for me. I asked for my money back and they did not give it back. I think they’re running a scam. Every time I call them they give the runaround. When I call them now they won’t even pick up. They are not a good company. I tried to get the money back from my bank, but they sent my bank an email chain that wasn’t even from me. Don’t trust them.

I paid them $500 to setup my Shopify store. Throughout the first 2wks I was assured that the team was working on my store. In the beginning I was told that the store would be launching after 2wks and cash flowing. I sent in 4 dozen pictures of items I wanted to get started with and emailed a list of another 150 items I wanted to add after I got my Tax ID#. I selected a domain name and sent in a logo for the store that I designed myself. The second week it was hard to get hold of my project manager, Jason Joseph, and his WhatsApp number was always busy. After I finally got ahold of him he showed me a picture of a generic store template that he said was my store, and that they just needed to start adding the logo and theme and adding the items and we were good to go. He told me that they had already purchased my domain name and that it just hadn’t been attached to the store yet. That was on Day 13. I discovered 4hrs later that my domain name still hadn’t been purchased. I sent him a long email that night telling Jason that he had lied to me and detailing a list of things that I expected to be finished the following day or I was going to fire them. Mid-day on Day 14 he sent me an email that said “I’ll look into it.” Not “I’ll take care of it.” Four hours later I called my bank and issued a chargeback. Extremely unprofessional and a huge waste of my time. Don’t waste your time or money, people- they have no idea what they are doing.
