The two men who delivered my order — which I paid for as a two-man delivery — refused to place the radiators where I requested. One was left on the driveway and the other by my back garden, as they said they were too heavy.
I had to call your office to ask them to put them where I had originally requested.
Flat pack garden furniture delivered on agreed date and within timeslot given. The order tracking was easy to follow and accurate. The delivery team were both polite and put the items into our garage as requested.
The delivery guy recognised that the chest is too heavy to me and helped to transfer it to the second floor! That was a so nice an unusually service!

Missing one of the parcels which I suspect is still stuck somewhere in their distribution network. Now needing to wait for replacement from Sweden. They spotted that only two boxes were delivered but the labels all said x of 3 but they just seemed to want to get away as quickly as they could.
I am extremely disappointed with the delivery service I received. The delivery team showed very little care when unloading the furniture from the van. There was no attention to protecting the item or handling it properly, which was worrying from the start.
After they left, I discovered that the settee legs had been damaged. They were fitted using a large power drill, and not only were they scratched and marked, but they were also fitted incorrectly and loose. This wasn’t noticed immediately, but became clear later when the settee was uneven and unstable.
Overall, the service felt rushed and careless. I expected a professional delivery and proper assembly, but instead ended up with damaged furniture and additional hassle. Very disappointing experience.
Recieved texts and emails prior to delivery and a phone call the day before to give a time for delivery.

Fantastic service
I did not receive a text advising me of the delivery time slot. I had to telephone to find out.
One of the two boxes was damaged, revealing the contents. I have yet to unpack it to check for damage.
Also, I knew it was hallway delivery. The driver said my porch was a hallway.
The people were in a rush, I paid £50 for a white glove sevice and they were going to leave with the mirror still packed up
In the box. One of them took it out when I asked but I thought it included a set up service as well.
No idea about the products. But two delivery men from this company blocked a pavement near a school at 8.20am with their van and were very rude and dismissive about moving it even when the could see children walking into traffic to get by them. It’s certainly not the ‘white-glove’ delivery service they sell on their site.

All the way by himself and even taking into my property for me
Fantastic if only more deliveries were this easy
