I've got nothing but good things to say about The Enhanced Male and their service - this is my third time of ordering and I'll be back for more. I'm not sure if people just don't understand how buying these kinds of items works - but the T&Cs were exactly the same as if you'd bought from any other similar retailer when I looked at them. I've had two totally trouble-free orders and one issue with a product that was dealt with perfectly within 24 hours. Great prices (I shop around!), great service, and easy-to-use ordering system. Also - packed discreetly, which is important.
They sent me a faulty pump that wouldn't charge or hold a charge. Tried to address with them in several emails, including sending a video as they asked, but no answer. Terrible customer service and no real recourse. Got totally ripped off. Beware.
