There was a mix up with my order, I emailed customer service and within a couple of hours I'd had a response from Mashal confirming they were going to send out replacements! Cannot fault their customer service. They are a breath of fresh air!! Well done
The packaging is simple and minimalist. Delivery updates are 1st class.Not given a 5* only due to not providing even a tiny sample and ruining the box by writing the perfume number on the top, it just looks takki when giving perfume as a gift.I dont know if these are good dupes as they're gifts for regular users of the 'real thing'.
I have used essence vault multiple times now.My most recent delivery went amiss after Evri failed to deliver it (shock!). As I was on holiday when it arrived, I was unable to fill a complaint directly with Evri, so I contacted essence vault.Alix and Gareth were brilliant. They took charge of filing the complaint with Evri, providing me all the information I needed to help them complete it. They have resent my package with Royal Mail who, in my experience, are far more reliable. I cannot recommend them enough on their customer service alone!
