From placing the order communications were great, and delivery was the following day. Great start I thought but what would the product smell like? I was happy using my £200 aftershave daily until I tried The Essence Vaults version. EXACTLY THE SAME. It lasted all day too and I got plenty comments “you smell nice” ordered my second favourite aftershave later on and I get the same comments. Never going back to the designer branded products I’m now a regular customer - thank you and I’m glad I took a chance.
I can't say enough great things about The Essence Vault's customer service. They've got a stellar team who are always on the ball. Usama was incredibly quick quick to resolve my damaged order, and they did it with a friendly attitude. They went above and beyond to make things right for me. In short, the customer service was top-notch and made the whole experience painless and fast 😀 I honestly couldn't be happier with the service I received!
I've ordered several times and they're consistently brilliant. I've ordered for myself as well as for family and as gifts. The scents are just as good as the originals, but for a fraction of the price, so I can smell lovely every day. I've also tried their own scents, their grapefruit and bergamot is unreal!! Highly recommend
