I firmly believe in good customer service. My order was delayed by 1+ week and there wws no way of contacting anyone, I just randomly sent a message to their Instagram page and the customer service and resolution of problem I got from Nikki was super amazing. I havent tried your perfumes as I still havent recieved them, but your customer service team is your biggest win. Grow a lot guys ❤️
Had a delivery that I had placed with an additional fee for Tracked 24 shipping. Waited 4 days and still no message and Royal Mail hadn’t updated tracking. Contacted the essence vault and within the hour I had contact from an employee Peter, who refunded my delivery fees and assured me the package is arriving this morning (I just missed it haha) but either way the service was great and unexpected
5 stars for customer support, quick response and a great outcome.
Asked where my order was, they looked into it and requested it get prioritised and also upgraded the postage.

Their dupes are amazing ! As in you can’t tell the difference ! I am buying and trying new fragrances every other week ! I no longer have to wait on a birthday or special occasion as I actually now treat myself !! And because of the pricing I can try soo many fragrances I have longed for and no longer have to keep my expensive fragrances for just those special occasions ! I even now spray them on my pillow !
Also had a slight glitch with an order and after emailing Alix she sorted it out asap which I am soo grateful for and I hope this company goes from strength to strength as it is based not far from where I live ⭐️ x5+
Absolutely outstanding customer service. I spoke to Sameer who listened to me and reassured me all would be fine. The postman had dropped the bottles and two were damaged. Sameer had two ordered and delivered within two days!!
The perfume is absolutely wonderful and lasts all day. They definitely smell as the promised scents. I have bought 15 this week for me, and as gifts!!

My parcel missing. The Essence Vault start płacone funny game. To fill up form I did. They want signature. I did. They want my full name I did. I sgibature with full name is not that. Eh. I want refund as thats my legal right but they said they will sent replacement when I signature form - I did. I reported this company.

Bought 401 inspired by ultra violet, i have been wearing that scent for years, smells nothing like it, weak and very poor quality, lidl perfume is stronger? Is this a scam?
