Fantastic service from beginning to end. The loft was cleared out, insulated and boarded, and everything was cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. The whole process was completed in just one day, which was really impressive — especially as it was carried out by one person.

They cancelled my appointment for me at short notice without a fuss & held my quote until I was ready. The director called me every few months to check how I was getting on. Once I was finally ready some 8 months later they finally undertook the works for me. The job was completed to a very high standard.

He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of our questions, which gave us real confidence in the work being proposed.On installation day, Stuart was friendly, punctual, and very tidy in his work. The loft insulation has made a noticeable improvement to the thermal efficiency of our home, and the quality of the loft boarding and ladder installation is excellent.
