The rackets are authentic, and the strings are strung adequately. However, the packaging left much to be desired, with insufficient care taken to protect the racket during transit. Overall, a positive buying experience.
The returns are marketed as 'easy,' but my experience was quite the opposite. While shopping, there was little emphasis on the £5.99 return fee, the need to print the return label myself, and the requirement to drop off the parcel at a specific courier location. This crucial information feels almost concealed and only becomes clear once you start the return process. Given these circumstances, I find the description of 'easy returns' to be misleading. A paid return, along with the hassle of printing and traveling to a designated courier, is not what most customers would typically expect. This should be communicated much more transparently from the start so customers can make informed choices before buying.
The shoes were a gift, and the recipient was thrilled with them. They arrived quickly. We have shopped with this company both in-store and online, and we are consistently pleased with the service and the products we've bought.
