The ETM course was run very efficiently, there was support on hand if needed and It was structured in a way that I found reasonably easy to navigate. I have enjoyed the course due to the depth of information learned from it and after years of teaching, I can broarden my classes with this qualification. The support from Debbie was fantastic!
