If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a genuine Yuasa motorcycle battery online, and what I received in the mail was a generic battery. When I contacted customer service they allowed me to return the battery but charged me a restocking fee AND shipping both ways! Repeated attempts to contact them for a full refund were ignored.

Complete scam artists and thieves. The prices are too good because they can’t deliver on any expectation. I waited for 3 weeks and given them every benefit of the doubt possible but, even after receiving notification from Shop app & USPS that my battery was returned back to them after bouncing around their local area for the first week, the only response I ever received was they can’t do anything until they completed everything on their end. Avoid at all costs!
I ordered a RoyPo battery meter on Sept 8th. I still do not have the part or a tracking number. Sherman is a lying POS. By email 3 times I was told by Sherman I would have a tracking number the next day. It's Oct 2nd and I still have no part or a tracking number. Sherman the coward will not return my calls or answer my emails.
Do NOT order scooter batteries from this company. If you get the battery, and it doesn't power-up your device, you're stuck with it, even if it's their product that is defective. It took over a month for them to reply to my return request, and they (Sherman) denied it with no explanation. The battery was never used, and it did not power up my device, when I tested it. It was a shockingly unprofessional experience.
