I contacted support within an hour of receiving the item on 19 December 2025, provided evidence, and they confirmed the return. This situation is incredibly frustrating. I would like the remainder of my money returned, please.

Unpleasant Interaction with Sales Staff

My experience with the sales staff was unpleasant. They displayed poor attitudes, acted entitled, and were not helpful. It seems they think it’s 'cool' to be aloof and rude. Trying to make a purchase at the store turned into a frustrating ordeal. It shouldn’t be difficult to spend money, but they made it a negative experience. They need to improve and hire staff who genuinely want to assist customers.
