My balance is showing zero, even though I have over £750. 3 drivers have had cards declined, and the Fuelstore isn't answering the phone as its Saturday. This isn't good enough. At all. Situation resolved, but caused massive issues at the time.
The fuel store over charged me 10ppl and under charged my British friend 10ppl less. They retained my bond payment and never returning it and claiming they cannot understand my accent. The directors also ignored my complaint. Also my friend Tho***a second bond payment has also been kept by fuel store, emailed CEO but ignored me. He’s now shut his account down and gone to complain to external parties.
