Order was received on time. I think this is placebo water. I saw no difference in the 3 people in my house who took this product. I was hoping to see things that other influencers have posted - major changes in behavior, stool changes, fewer under eye circles, better sleep. I didn’t see any of this.
I've been both a customer and an Affiliate of Touchstone, but I won't be using or promoting their products any longer. The products themselves are comparatively expensive which I assume is because they have to factor in the commission they have to pay to Affiliates promoting their products. There's cheaper equivalent products on the market.I'm not sure how Touchstone are still selling their zeolite drops and sprays for human consumption in the UK and Europe as zeolite is now classed as a 'novel food' and I notice other zeolite brands no longer give dosage information on their labels. The Touchstone website encourages you to 'Autoship' and buy packs of 5 to get the best price which, to most consumers nowadays is not a viable option. With regard to Affiliates, the commission structure makes it difficult to earn money for the majority of Affiliates. For example, as an Affiliate+ (which means you get paid commission on your downline) you have to either introduce 5 new paying customers a month or make personal purchases to the value of 100PV. As an example, buying 5 bottles of their Fulvic Minerals at the best price of £175 would only give you 90PV meaning you wouldn't even qualify after buying 5 months worth of one of their products! You would have to spend further on another product to get an additional 10PV to qualify for that month and have to do the save every month to remain qualified. There is the option of just Affiliate, whereby you do not need to meet any minimums, but you only earn commission from your personally introduced customers, and not from your downline. This defeats the whole purpose of a 'Multi Level' marketing business model and I can't imagine any serious Affiliates being interested in this option. As a Touchstone Customer or Affiliate, you are almost coerced into signing up for an Autoship subscription throughout the checkout process. Even if you choose a 'one-off' purchase, rather than subscription, you are hit with pop-ups and tick boxes throughout the check out process to encourage you to subscribe to auto-ship - not good customer practice. There's more bad practice concerning the Affiliate+ fees. The cost to be an Affiliate+ is $19.95 a year. (in the UK you are billed the UK equivalent). Again there is an 'Auto-Renewal' box, and heres' the catch. Not many people like 'Auto-Renewal' as lots can change in 12 months, however if you fail to tick the Affiliate+ auto-renewal box, in 12 months time you lose your position as Affiliate+ and drop to Affilate - meaning you LOSE your whole downline! Naughty!Touchstone say they send a reminder email, but beware, they don't.On the positive side, Touchstone offer a wide range of products which are tested to contain very low levels of heavy metals and many of their products contain organic ingredients. The pay off is the high price.
I placed my first order with this company on 28 November 2025 (Order #22198531). Nearly two months later, the order has still not been delivered.I contacted customer service multiple times and was repeatedly referred to PostNL. PostNL has confirmed that they never received the parcel, and I never received any notification indicating that the shipment was handed over to the carrier. As the seller, the company remains fully responsible for delivery. To date, no valid proof of shipment or handover to the carrier has been provided. The legal delivery period under EU consumer law has clearly been exceeded. After allowing ample extra time due to holiday congestion and winter conditions, I formally requested a full refund. This experience has been extremely disappointing, especially for a first-time customer. I hope the company will take responsibility, resolve this matter promptly, and improve its customer service and order handling procedures.___________________________________________________________UPDATE: 14/01/2026 Package eventually received, but process caused unnecessary stressUpdate: After my initial review, the company informed me that a second shipment was sent on 18 December, as the first package never arrived. I was later told that, according to PostNL, the parcel had been delivered to a neighbour.I was never notified by PostNL, there was no update in my PostNL app, and no delivery confirmation was shared with me. I only managed to retrieve my package yesterday, after discovering that it had been at my neighbour’s home for nearly three weeks. Unfortunately, my neighbour also did not inform me during that time. This is the first time I have experienced such poor communication from PostNL, and I will be filing a formal complaint with them regarding this matter.I would like to thank TheGoodInside for resending my order and for eventually taking my complaint seriously. However, I do want to give constructive feedback. As a new customer, ordering for the first time with a lot of enthusiasm and spending nearly €200, I expected more proactive support from the start. Instead, I was initially told to resolve the issue myself, despite clearly explaining that the tracking number was not recognised by PostNL and that PostNL referred me back to the seller. During that period, I genuinely felt left alone. From my perspective, the first package appears to have been lost, and the overall handling of the situation cost me over a month of time and energy. I have worked 15 years in retail, and I firmly believe that first-time customers deserve extra care and clear communication. This situation required far too much chasing and follow-up on my side. While I may end up being satisfied with the products themselves, this experience has made me hesitate about placing a second order. Five-star service is not only about resolving issues eventually, but also about how supported a customer feels throughout the process.I do appreciate that the company ultimately took responsibility and followed up, which is why I am updating my review to three stars.
