We’re happy with the zeolite spray and fulvic although we’re working at forming the habit of taking it every day. It would be helpful to have a 2 day notice when your auto ship is going to pull- that way if changes need made or a month needs skipped you have time to do that.
I’ve been using the drops for 3 weeks now & I didn’t use them for maybe 7 days, & today when I went to take them, there’s chunky black mold floating around the bottle & in the inside of the dropper. I’m also not aware what the color of zeolite is supposed to be, so now that there’s mold present it worries me that maybe it’s been bad the whole time (it’s a tan color, not see-through at all). Edit: it’s definitely mold, not the color or anything you’ve suspected it may be. If I could attach a photo, I would but I’ve already reached out to support for a replacement. Not sure why or how it happened… but it was definitely mold. I tried updating my photo on my review with photo of mold inside dropper. Idk if it shows or not
Originally i was taken back/ boggled as to why shipping was taking so long. Maybe it was usps, but it took 3-4 weeks for my original purchase to arrive which was concerning because it was my first time doing business with this company. Customer service is decent, they sent another shipment when i complained yeah very bizchy of me, but just wondering if i was being bam-boozled was cause for a tab bit of stress especially since i signed up for a subscription. I have received the original order, but the order they sent out as collateral now needs to be returned to sender if ever I receive it andMust be labled refuse to accept and taken to a post office. Because it is too late to cancel the order which is an inconvenience in itself along with dealing with customer service and waiting practically a month wondering if i was ripped off . Anyway it came in, it was nicely/tightly wrapped when i opened it and no damages even after 3 weeks in transit so theres that. I ordered detox and you wrote that the price is 525 Danish kroner. And when your order confirmation came, it was 525 $, That is about 6 to 7 times MORE than you wrote on your page. That looks very much like fraud. And I demand that I get the goods to the price at your homepage I allways choose danish language when that option is awailable, because then I know, that language and value/currency is correct and in danish kroner. So I have not seen how much the goods cost in either dollars or euro. Because I had choosen danish language on your page, you wrote 525 kr on your homepage, in the shoppingchart and on the payment site. You first changed it in the order confirmation. You say, that it stands on your site. It does not. I have pictures of it. What you have given me of screenshots is NOT what I have on my computer, no matter witch way I open your page. !!!! and when I talk with you on your helpsite/chat, you stop talking with me.
