I have ordered chromatic, tremolo, power bender, and standard diatonic harmonicas from this company in the past three months. Every single harmonica has sounded great and has arrived in tune, and stayed in tune. The following has nothing to do with the Harmonica Company's side of the business, but it may be helpful to buyers from the United States: U.S. customs held the largest order with the chromatic and tremolo harmonicas in it for a month with a message saying clearance in progress before it arrived last week, but the smaller orders with the express shipping option arrived within the week of purchase. I doubt that it would be common for that to happen, but if it does, stay patient and it will still get to you. All things considered, the Harmonica Company is the only place that I will buy harmonicas from, even though they are overseas. Their prices and the vast selection of harps that they offer is hard to match.
