A big thank you to Elle Potter for making such a difficult and stressful situation that much easier. We had no idea how repossession orders or eviction worked until we found the Landlord Group. Elle and the team has guided us through the process professionally and efficiently. Responding to our emails promptly, answering all our questions, even when we asked the same questions over and over again. We are almost at the finish line and want to express our gratitude for all your assistance along the way.

Successfully gained possession order.

The landlord group (especially Elle, Marianne, and Luke) were successful in helping us get a possession order granted. They gave advice throughout the process and although at times we felt nothing was happening it was clear they are working in the background, ensuring they have evidence and advising us what to do next. Without them the process may have taken another 12 months. They were honest and realistic with wait times but did all they could to put our minds at rest. Invoices are reasonably priced in my opinion and give a breakdown of what you are paying for. If you want things done properly then these are your best bet.
