The Performance of the Landlord Group in a Tenant Eviction Process

The staff fulfilled their responsibilities, and were accommodating. Afra Riaz was especially helpful, and answered my calls whenever she was available. She responded promptly to my emails and followed up my questions. She showed every sympathy and understanding when my wife passed away, and I was left to deal with all the matters associated with evicting a tenant myself, with all the complications that this entailed. Overall, very pleased with my experience and would recommend the Landlord Group.

This lot is exceptional!

This lot is exceptional!. They are meticulous in preparation. Costs are transparent and they have now successfully assisted us to get 2 possession orders and 1 eviction. Of note are Jordan and Marianne, who have been dealing with our cases. I suspect this culture of excellence permeates the organisation. It takes a lot for me to be moved to write a review but I think the quality of service received from the landlord group merits such.

Professional service after being let down by letting agents and solicitors

Having previously used our letting agents services to deal with a Section 21/8 and this subsequently being problematic and expensive due to their inexperience, we decided to do our research and found the Landlord Group. Elle looked after our claim professionally and kept us updated at all times making the process trouble free. If Elle was out of the office the case would be left with another team member who would be fully aware of the details and able to answer/deal with any queries raised, this we experienced when dealing with Eve. A professional service which I would recommend and use again.

Professional and cost-effective service

After a previous botched DIY eviction some years ago, I decided to use a professional service and chose TLG as they were competitively priced. After an initial chat to confirm the process, I paid the fees, and then proceeded to amass the documentation required to ensure that things would proceed on a failsafe basis. Luckily my managing agents are extremely professional and could supply all the information that was needed, although when it looked like some information could not be supplied, TLG also alerted me to the possible consequences of not having all the documents.In the event, all the documentation required was supplied to TLG, and they duly submitted it to the court, and the possession order was issued by the court about a month later.I also found that they were willing to answer queries and keep me informed of progress. Customer service on point!

Excellent service, support, guidance and compassion.

After a long and complex issue with a tennant we have finally reached a position where we have a re-possesion order. Throughout this traumatic experience the support, professionalism and service we have received from Marianne has been second to none.To get us over the line Marianne has not only kept us sane, she has provided expert advice on over coming the many hurdles we faced. She has given us expert guidance has shown endless patience, compassion, and has given us unending emotional support. This has been a long and complex case with many obstacles put in the way by the tennant and his solicitor but without Marianne and the counsel she guided us to we wouldn't be in the position we are in now where in the next few weeks we should get our property back. I would definitely recommend the landlord group and especially Marianne.

Section 8

I have recently used “the landlord group” to guide me through the process of section 8 eviction and court proceedings and they worked closely with me keeping me updated and eventually i got the result i wanted at the court with the landlord group present to make sure it all went smoothly. My case worker “elle potter” done really well and kept me updated etc so i really appreciate her hard work thank you again.

Great Company & Service.

This is the first time I have used this company and I can say I would definitely use them again if I have a further issues with evicting tenants. I had used other solicitor companies with no real success. I looked up The Landlord Group and after reading I decided to go with them to evict a very problematic tenant. The good thing with this company is they do different services and you know exactly what you are paying. I paid around £200 for them to take a look at my case and give me back the information I needed to move forward. This is when I took up their full services and had a success in my eviction case. I dealt with Marianne Steer who was very good and explains everything. I also dealt with Elle Potter and she was brilliant.Well Done 👏

I was advised to contact The Landlord Group by a local lettings manager friend after my attempt at serving a section 21 were rejected. I contacted Julian Meek,and from there on in it was a smooth professional service. There are so many areas that a landlord can fall foul in the processes and law that it's just not worth trying to do it by yourself. Afra and Julian were brilliant,everything done without fuss and explained diligently. I had a successful reclamation of my property recently and I am very thankful to The Landlord Group for their assistance in resolving a potential problem. Keep up the great work!
