My first order arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, the retractable part of the lanyard failed after just a few days. However, the customer service team was excellent—they promptly offered to send a free replacement, which arrived just three days later. I'm very happy with both the resolution and the service.
Their customer service was prompt and polite, but most of all informative, when I had a bit of hiccups with Apple Pay checkout and wasn't sure if my order went through or not. I'm pretty happy with my order at the shop, the package arrived well-packed and boxed (their shipping rate & free shipping threshold are pretty reasonable too.)
