Terrible experience from start to finish. After a no-show appointment (and having to take a day off work as my tenant was away), the plumber eventually turned up a week later, stayed for 10 minutes, and left the job half-finished. The company then billed me for a full hour, initially claiming all of the work was complete, and then that the engineer was there for 58 minutes.
I had to provide communication records to prove the engineer had falsified his time logs and forged my tenant's signature. It took a month of arguing with a rude complaints department and a threat of legal action to get my money back. Extremely unprofessional.
They work with different sub-contractors and I am sure they have many great people but sadly my experience was very poor.
The plumber was very intimidating, spent half an hour trying to persuade us to pay him direct there a them for the toilet without using the company for the job. He inputted his details on our phone.
He was very pushy and made us very uncomfortable
Rang the company to complain and they didn’t take it seriously and was very flippant and off handed in the way they spoke.
We WILL not use this company again

I would not rate or recommend these plumbers as they charged me £200 for doing nothing!
And then gave me an extortionate quote for the plumbing work that they said needs to be done. Very disappointed!
They make you believe it is 82 per hour.
They repaired my flush and charged 82x2 per hour plus VAT + 25(the component). 225 for a flush replacement.
Then you try to call them back and they have blocked your number.
BEWARE - DANGER
UNRELIABLE SERVICE!!! I sought a plumber for a significant leak in a cistern. After finding a local service and being impressed by their website, I decided to reach out. I emphasized that it was an emergency concerning my elderly mother's flat. Given the urgency and her delicate situation, I clearly requested that the call handler not confirm the booking if they couldn't respond promptly. I was assured a visit was guaranteed. Just before the expected arrival time, I called to check and was informed the plumber was 20 minutes away. Half an hour later, I received a call stating that the plumber's vehicle had inexplicably broken down and he wouldn't be able to come for another 5 days. With New Year's Eve upon us, it’s now too late to find another plumber, and we’ve had to turn off the water in my mother’s flat. This is not ideal for a 98-year-old. This was my first and last interaction with this service.
After my morning call, the plumber arrived within two hours. He was friendly and thoroughly explained the necessary work. He found a leaking pipe and repaired it, showing me the damaged sections. I felt comfortable with him in my home. Highly recommended.
