I submitted my membership application on December 6th and was told I would receive a welcome pack and membership card. I have reached out to the service several times to inform them that my pack and card are still missing, and to confirm my address details. Despite their reassurances, I am still waiting for my card. I really dislike having to file a complaint, but it seems to be the only way to address this issue.
I submitted my membership application on December 6th and was promised a welcome pack and membership card. Despite their assurances that this would be sorted out, I am still without my card. It's frustrating to have to make a complaint, but it appears to be the only way to get this resolved.
The service we received when taking my elderly mother to see a show was absolutely outstanding. The representative helped us secure a more comfortable seat for her, ensuring she could keep her mobility aid with her. I sincerely hope this individual receives recognition for being such a tremendous asset. Thank you!
I recently booked tickets totaling £63, but the booking and transaction fees amounted to £9.50, which is 15%. This feels excessive and something should be done about these high charges. The tickets are set to be delivered via email and, I assume, will be automatically generated.
We attended the new show ‘42 Balloons’ and enjoyed a pre-show dinner at a nearby restaurant. The meal was excellent, and the service was commendable. The show itself was high-energy with incredible talent, music, and songs, culminating in a standing ovation from the thrilled audience. A wonderful evening overall, thanks to everyone involved!
I went to see a performance and every staff member I interacted with was friendly, polite, and very helpful. From the entrance to the program seller and refreshment vendor, everyone was a pleasure to deal with. However, for those with back issues, I recommend bringing a cushion.
We recently attended a musical at the venue, marking our first visit. The architecture is unique and named after a notable artist. The gallery features a permanent exhibition that is open to the public for free. The area has been nicely redeveloped with modern structures and is part of a larger media complex. The venue is spacious, with a theater, gallery, bar, restaurant, coffee shop, and gift shop. Accessibility is good, with plenty of lifts and restrooms. The seating was comfortable, and the staff were friendly. We would definitely return for another show. I highly recommend the musical we saw; it was very entertaining and based on a true story.
