I bought a pergola from this company, and it has been excellent so far! We’ve had it for nearly a year, and as we enter the winter months, we’re eager to see how it holds up. The product itself is fantastic, allowing family, friends, and neighbors to enjoy my patio in various weather conditions. The only downside is its size; installation requires a team rather than being a simple DIY project. Shipping was prompt, but ensure you have ample space for storage. Additionally, there’s a minor water leak in the gutter system where the beams meet the center posts. The sales experience was remarkable, especially considering the significant investment made online, yet it felt completely legitimate. The representative was outstanding, guiding us through the process, assisting with permits, and addressing last-minute installation inquiries. He continues to help us find solutions for the leak and other creative ideas for adding lights and screens. His friendly, low-pressure approach fostered a strong relationship, making me eager to recommend this company to anyone interested in a pergola.
