From my initial enquiry, handled by the very friendly and professional Kate, to when Anthony left my house, the service has been first class. My job was a service and a part replacement and I will definitely ask Bespoke Gas to continue to look after my oil fired boiler.
The team at Bespoke were really responsive when I had a fault with my boiler just after Christmas. I was so very grateful! And again, my boiler service was completed with no hassle or stress. They’re always very clean, friendly, professional. I really trust them and it’s great to have a local company. Really recommended.

From arranging the appointment with Kate, to Kurtis undertaking my service the experience was brilliant. Turned up when the said they would, txt beforehand to confirm actual time of arrival, and Kurtis professional and friendly. Great local company and would recommend to anyone.

We have been having our boiler serviced annually by Bespoke Gas for several years - they are always on time, efficient, and great value for money. We recently had to call them out for an emergency - they came out on the same day even though it was Jan 2nd - the guy who came out couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. They sorted out the problem and again didn't over-charge. We would 100% recommend them.
I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Anthony for coming out during Christmas and New Year as we lost water pressure to our shower room ... the issue was resolved quickly and rather embarrassing that it wasn't actually with the boiler system - they made no charge for the callout which was extremely kind. I have been using Bespoke Gas Ltd for over a year now since they installed a new hot water system in my Grade II listed house.. I cannot rate the service and quality of work highly enough
