The quality of products is second to none and there are specific colours I have only been able to find at the Makerss. As shipping costs are high (and occasional import duties when my package is flagged at the border), I do try to stock up when I place an order.
I have been a customer of the Makerss for over 6 years since I started my felting journey and in all that time I have received wonderful service and fantastic products, and very often a little supportive message in the box to cheer me up, or make me feel like a valued customer. I never buy from anywhere else and I love being part of their online community. Steffi posts lovely videos that connect with us on a very real basis and it is lovely to support a small business.
