Every time I try to resolve one problem, I uncover more. It's best to avoid this and purchase a theme from a more reliable source.

Initially, the support team appeared professional, even urging me to leave 5-star reviews on multiple sites. During a remote session, they went as far as to navigate to those review pages. After purchasing, I found the template to be of very poor quality – the configuration panel offers limited color choices, contrary to the claim of full customization. Additionally, changes often fail to display. The sticky menu lacks essential elements like login, cart, and category options. I have recorded the entire remote session. This matter has been reported to consumer protection authorities. I do not recommend this.
