Very happy with the customer service from the Nile. I had to return a damaged item and they made it very easy. The replacement item is great quality and was a better price than I could find elsewhere. All in all great service!

I hadn't ordered anything off The Nile before and was naturally not sure about the quality of the product, communication and timeliness of delivery. I was reassured to see an email come through as soon as my order was placed. This was followed up with a notification of an eta and when my order arrived the products were top quality, packaged well and and arrived when I was told they would .Thank you for having a great range of puzzles.
