Damaged book cover

The book arrived in paper packaging that appeared fine, but when I opened it, the front and back covers were scratched and had a significant dent. I contacted customer support, but since this was a gift, I didn't have time to order a replacement. Instead, I was offered a 20% refund, which seems unreasonable given the extent of the damage.

Top-notch cookware
