Review Time
Invited by Nile to preorder a book I wanted, then waited and waited.. so two months later and still no book. When I requested an accurate delivery date, they just kept moving the dates, not once but multiple times, until eventually I asked for a refund, so 1 star for that process, although yet to see money back. Very very poor communication and almost indignant responses from Nile that they can’t help the distributor delay that was beyond their control, oh, well ok, so don’t sell something you haven't got. Or at least make it very clear there is a substantial delay. Really disappointing.
The purchase was easy, delivery was super fast and packaging was great. Would have rated 5 stars though the courier company needs to be aware package contains books. This was left outside exposed and in heavy rain. Fortunately only the box was soaked the book was fine as it was a gift.Reference 13267810
My book wasn't delivered. I contacted the nile who said sorry its the delivery company's issue. Contacted them and they simply said we delivered it sorry, you're issue. So I'm stuck with no book and no refund. Lack of assistance and remedy is frustrating and disappointing.
