If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not trust them with important occasions. They will not deliver the flowers and then they won’t even give you a refund.
I repeat, they didn’t deliver the flowers and now they won’t issue a refund.
Avoid this company at all costs.
I spent $600 on four items from them. They left out an item worth $170. I’m in the process of trying to get a refund so we’ll see if that happens, but I think it’s ridiculous that they forgot part of my order that was so expensive. I expected more of a luxurious experience from this company due to their “fancy” advertising. Very disappointing, go to the grocery store and get flowers.

Customer service mentioned this is just a natural characteristic of preserved roses, which I can accept. However, the hydrangeas, which cost $550, arrived with shed petals and lost another 4-5 flowers by day two. It's hard to believe these flowers will last a year with this level of shedding so soon.

My partner first ordered from the company about three years ago, and the arrangement was stunning. I was thrilled and thought it would become a yearly tradition. Instead, getting a refund was a hassle… much more effort than it should have been for a luxury brand. Fast forward to this year, he tried to order again, but this time he couldn’t even complete the purchase. Something appears to be wrong with the company, as the experience is not the same as our first one. It's disappointing because we wanted to continue supporting them, but after two consecutive years of failed orders and frustrating service, we are officially done.
I purchased a Small Round Roses & Hydrangeas from their latest fall collection. They looked beautiful online, but in reality, the arrangement I received was indistinguishable between the roses and hydrangeas, appearing as a large purplish-black ball. There was no color variation between the flowers. While I understand some variation is normal, this was much worse. I advise against purchasing the midnight berry arrangement without seeing it in person. If you dislike your arrangement, they will not replace it. Additionally, the first delivery was made to the wrong address, which I tracked through a message. After contacting customer service and providing evidence, the arrangement was eventually delivered in an open bag left outside, unprotected from the elements. This $425 arrangement was simply abandoned outside. I wish I had checked reviews beforehand. After this experience, I won't be ordering for my sister's birthday as planned. Extremely poor customer service and no accountability.
Update: The company responded but was still dishonest. My mini arrangement was shipped without any protection, leading to damage during transit. I reached out multiple times to dispute the order, but they showed no concern for resolving the issue. Despite sending several pictures, they did not uphold their product quality or provide a genuine resolution. I recommend spending your money elsewhere, as this company has significantly declined. I ordered a mini floral arrangement that arrived with a missing petal and visible glue. For a reputable brand and $150 for a small item, I expected a better experience. Instead, I encountered poor craftsmanship and a lack of customer care. Upon receiving the damaged item, I contacted them, and they only offered a discount on a future purchase without making things right. Avoid ordering from them to prevent disappointment!
The flowers were delivered weeks late, damaged, and did not match the description provided. The company refused to send a replacement. The advertised measurements were 10x10x12, but I received a smooshed 10x10x10 arrangement nearly a month after ordering. The seller declined to replace the arrangement or offer any alternative solution. This was an $800 arrangement.
This company does not provide refunds. They misled my young teen daughter by sending a tiny arrangement. Even when the product arrived damaged, with petals falling off and issues on the gift card, they refused to issue a refund. It was $160 for something that looked like it belonged in a dollhouse.
I am thrilled with my experience; the arrangements are stunning. I did encounter an issue with one faulty delivery (not the company's fault, as the arrangements were professionally packaged). The support team assisted me immediately. I would recommend this company without hesitation!
