I’m not sure we’re the disconnect was, but I haven’t got any updates on the three trades a week subscription since first week in may, yet my card is still being charged $79.99. When I signed up I was not clear on what was involved. I have been a member before so I know the site. I was hoping to have access to the entire site with all the past programs available. I paid $2000 for a program which was actually access to the site for a year. It took me six months just to figure that out as I signed up for an ultima program but was never instructed that what I was really paying for was everything on the site. It was very confusing. I was very new to the trade world at the time, but I ended up getting some value outta the last six months. So this is one issue I have. There’s not clear cut communication. If you get access to the club for a year , advertise thats what you’re paying for. Instead it was one of those drawn out commercials selling ultima. I never even ended up going through the ultima class. This is another bummer after the year you no longer have access to any of it unless you reinstate your membership. I paid $2k you’d think I’d at least get access to the ultima program for life, After the years up I no longer could access the programs, That is why I signed up recently for the 3 trades per week. What I really wanted was to go through some course material again but to my disappointment I was not granted access to them just some archives and the three trades a week which I stopped receiving updates in early may. Id like to point out, As far as education I think theovtrade is top notch, I love Jeff Bierman hour everyday, they’re all great. I just want to be clear, you can get educated in the world of trading. My biggest complaint though, the reason behind the two stars is because I’ve searched for days on the website and on the phone app nowhere could I find a place where you can just cancel. You go to profile on the app. There is nothing that comes up so I have been unable to simply cancel to make sure that I don’t get charged anymore because like I said, im not getting any value for my money. Finally I found an an article online and I found it where it says email customer service for cancellation . I find that just a little bit sketchy sorry but I don’t like it. It should be just as easy to cancel as it is to sign up. Not the case here. Sign up was really quick, give email card number and just like anyways that’s were I am at now, I just cancelled Toby email I’m hoping I don’t get charged again cause if do I’ll go to my bank and refuse the payment and I will ask to get reimbursed for the month before since I never got any of the trades and I have proof of that . If I go on the site on the app on my phone, and go to updates. It goes to may 9 I believe. . I just want to cancel. I don’t wanna be charged anymore. That’s it. I’ll say Thanks for everything, happy trading.
