I recently had a heartbreaking incident where my garden gazebo collapsed and damaged my brand-new Gozney Arc XL that I hadn't even had the chance to fire up yet. I reached out to Gozney’s support team for a safety assessment, and I was lucky enough to be assisted by Arek.
Arek was incredibly professional and empathetic. He carefully reviewed the photos of the damage and provided an honest safety assessment, recommending a replacement to avoid any risks. He offered a very generous goodwill discount on a replacement unit and stand to help me get back to cooking. It’s rare to see a company stand behind its community like this when the damage wasn't even their fault.
If you care about quality products and world-class customer service, Gozney is the way to go. Huge thanks to Arek for saving my pizza season!
I am highly disappointed with my experience purchasing a pizza oven from the company. I placed my order on 30/11 and, weeks later, the oven has still not arrived. During this time, I received multiple notifications indicating that delivery was imminent, but nothing occurred. Each update raised my hopes, only for the delivery to not happen. What has been most frustrating is the complete lack of customer service. Attempts to reach out to the support team have gone unanswered, leaving me without clarity, accountability, or confidence in when or if my order will arrive. For a premium brand that claims to be high quality and reliable, this experience has been extremely poor. Delays can occur, but misleading delivery communications and nonexistent customer support are unacceptable. I expected much better from a company with such a reputation. At this point, I cannot recommend purchasing directly due to the lack of transparency and support after payment.
This oven seems tailor-made for those who truly enjoy cooking outdoors. It heats up quickly, maintains temperature effectively, and produces restaurant-quality results at home. Every aspect, from its construction to its performance, feels meticulously designed and justifies the investment.
I ordered a product as a gift on November 28th, and it's now December 15th with no sign of it arriving. I've sent multiple emails and received vague responses indicating it will arrive eventually. I've also tried calling the Australian number several times but only got the option to leave a message. This is not an acceptable way to handle customer service. Additionally, they continue to advertise 3-5 day shipping on their website. I may need to escalate this issue.
I am extremely disappointed with the company and their complete lack of communication. I had been researching pizza ovens for months and finally bought the Dome XL and stand on October 18th, expecting delivery by the end of November at the latest. This was meant to be the entire Christmas gift for my wife and son, who is home from college. I requested an update two weeks ago but received no information. I followed up again a week later and got the same result. With Christmas just two weeks away, I haven't heard anything for a month. Some local stores have them in stock, yet I'm still waiting. I've paid thousands of dollars with no updates. I'm angry and mostly offended by being completely cut off from any information. Regardless of staff size, this is no way to treat a customer. I typically don't complain about such matters, but other customers should be warned about this poor behavior. Any updates from the company?
When my Dome would not light and after a quick gas regulator check, I reached out to Gozney for support expecting a somewhat generic response with links to the troubleshooting guide.To my pleasant surprise I was asked to send a quick video of the issue and the next day I had a diagnosis and proposed remedies to try - first one worked a treat. Angelina went above and beyond when the billing address became the delivery address (my error), but she was able to catch the warehouse before despatch and make the amendment, so my son got his birthday present. Excellent service, thank you.
