I placed a significant order in early December that was shipped in three separate packages. The first two smaller packages arrived without issues, but the third larger shipment seems to be missing. The seller provided a tracking number for the last-mile delivery, but no information on the package's journey from overseas. I've contacted the support team multiple times, but they haven't been able to assist me in locating it. The tracking status is currently stuck on 'Support ticket in progress.' Despite my repeated inquiries over the past week, I have not received a satisfactory resolution—just the suggestion to be 'patient.' This order was quite costly, over $1000, and included holiday gifts for my family. It's apparent that the remaining items won't arrive in time for Christmas, which is disappointing, but even more frustrating is the lack of clarity on the status of my order. The company seems indifferent to my concerns. I don't want to hear about patience anymore; this situation has gone on long enough. Why can't they provide the correct tracking information or acknowledge that there may be an issue? I plan to initiate a chargeback with my bank today. They've had ample time to provide me with the needed tracking details, yet they continue to avoid the issue.
I placed a large order in early December that Kikagoods shipped in 3 separate shipments. Two smaller packages with the majority of the order in the 3rd package. The first two packages were sent Yunexpress with Gofo as the last-mile delivery service. Both were delivered to my home with no issues. The 3rd larger shipment seems to be no where to be found.Kikagoods provided a FedEx tracking number for the last-mile delivery on 12/10, but never gave me a tracking number showing the package shipping from China to the US. I've contacted customer service multiple times, and no one seems able to provide it. The Fedex last-mile tracking is now showing "Support ticket in progress". I have reached out to their customer service multiple times over the past week and have not been able to get a resolution. All they say is to be "patient". I'm sorry but that isn't cutting it anymore at this point. This was a rather expensive order (over $1000) that contained holiday gifts for family. It's clear that the rest of my order is not going to arrive by Christmas. That is upsetting enough, but having the majority of my order seemingly nowhere to be found is even more upsetting. Kikagoods seems unconcerned about this issue. I don't want to be told to be "patient". This has gone on long enough. Why can't you just give me the correct tracking number or just admit that you either haven't sent the package, or that one of your employees stole it? I will be filing a chargeback with my bank today. You've had a week to give me the correct tracking number, and for whatever reason, you just refuse.
I discovered Kika from their yt channel and rest is history. I ordered from them a handful of times and had wonderful experience! They are very reliable and quick on customer service responses and shipping. The prices of trinkets, blind boxes, and bjds are very reasonable too. I believe no sites I’m aware that sells similar products as them or local shops in my area can compete with them when comes to it. They shipped in sturdy boxes and majority of the merch I ordered came in pristine conditions. In rare cases, they sometimes have small promotions of little goodies for purchasing specific amount.
