I bought a Hyundai HY4500SEi generator which wouldn't start, having contacted the seller they passed me over to Gen Power who are the UK distributor.From beginning to end the support was fantastic.I dealt with a chap called Kieran who didn't once fob me off and reassured me that he would help resolve the issue which he did. Top marks to Gen Power and top marks to Kieran.
Kieran Darragh of the aftersales services of Hyundai was fantastic. The blow function of the leaf blower vaccum was not working and I contacted Hyundai via online contact form and Kieran handled my warranty claim efficiently and effectively and it was in fact resolved less than 2 working days. Await for the replacement and thank you Kieran.

Excellent product. Good correspondence and a quick delivery from Hyundai Power Products UK. The battery powered chain saw has been excellent for my requirements to clear pathways through fir/larch/pine tree plantations. Light weight, simple to operate and very quiet, but powerful enough to cut through moderately sized tree trunks. The battery never lasts long enough for my requirements (under 45 minutes) and I most likely require a back up battery. The battery does recharge relatively quickly. I would recommend this product for general garden usage. I would now use this chainsaw in preference to my 2-stroke chainsaw for log cutting.
