Very pleased with Trade Chemicals. Used to buy their pet disinfectant elsewhere but on reading a leaflet included last time, decided to buy straight from them. Great prices and quick delivery. Delivery would have been quicker but the courier firm only delivered one box on a Saturday. After a lot of hassle not being able to talk to a human, I decided to wait until the Monday to get in touch again but they delivered the second box on the Sunday.
Pure incompetence!
I’ve used this company for a long time for CPAP therapy. Several times I’ve had to chase them because my order is incomplete.
I usually order 4 x 5L distilled water because it’s the cheapest but only ever end up receiving only 2 or 3 at the time so have to chase for the remaining to be delivered.
Fault on the website wasn’t showing the discount for buying in bulk so I purchased 25L instead. I was sent INHIBITOR instead of distilled water.
Lack of empathy, won’t support in compensation towards a new humidifier tank as the stuff was poured in not realising their incompetence to dispatch the right product.
Lost custom for their extremely bad repeated service
I saw recommendations for this company to order distilled water for my CPAP machine, and they are really good so I always order from here. They often have discounts for purchasing more than 1 bottle, so I buy 4 x 5l at a time. It's easy to order and the delivery is fast.
