3 weeks, no item, no update!

Ordered the elite version 3 weeks ago. I chased 2 weeks later and was told they are "undergoing an internal system modification". I have heard nothing for over a week and received nothing.No item, no refund and no subsequent update.Appalling service and feeling ripped off.Beware!
