Expensive and not durable

The device functioned well for a while, but ultimately it's an expensive, disposable item that I cannot recommend. Despite careful handling and proper storage, the battery failed shortly after the warranty expired, making the device unable to charge. This seems to be a known issue, yet there's no option for battery replacement, no repair service available, and no way to address what should be a minor component failure. For a product at this premium price, this is unacceptable. Once the battery fails, the whole device ends up as waste. There’s no consideration for sustainability in the product design or the company's support model. Customer service was prompt and courteous, but that was the extent of the assistance. After escalating the issue, the conclusion was simply that nothing could be done. No goodwill gesture, no significant discount, no trade-in option, and no refurbishment possibility. The only recommendation was to purchase a brand new device at full price. I wasn’t looking for a free replacement; I was seeking some incentive to remain a customer. There was none. At this price level, one expects durability, repair options, or at least reasonable post-warranty support. The company provides none of these. The product will deteriorate and fail over time, and when it does, you are left to handle it on your own. My suggestion: avoid this product. Consider a much cheaper alternative. Spending extra on this brand is not justified in the long run, as the item becomes effectively disposable once the battery fails.

No delivery, no refund, no communication

I ordered an item a month ago and received a tracking number. Apparently, delivery failed twice. The address is correct, and since it's my workplace, there's always someone available to sign for it. I tried contacting customer service. They initially responded but failed to provide any answers to my questions. Subsequent emails have gone unanswered. In today's world, this level of customer service is unacceptable. I need the item as a gift, and since it hasn’t arrived, I requested a refund. Two days have passed with no reply to my refund request. Terrible service. UPDATE: Still no product and no refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM, AND THE PEOPLE YOU COMMUNICATE WITH THERE ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY.

Fails to operate after brief use
